Expresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 50ml vodka

  • 25ml Kahlua or coffee liqueur

  • 25ml warm espresso or strong coffee

  • 25ml Simple syrup

  • Coffee beans, for the garnish

How we make it

  1. Make the espresso in an espresso maker or an Aeropress, or make very strong coffee. (expresso cans are fine to use also)

  2. Add the vodka, Kahula, espresso and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake vigorously until cold.

  3. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
