Bramble

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin

  • 25ml Lemon juice

  • 25ml Simple syrup

  • 10ml Creme de Mure

  • Crushed ice, for serving

  • For the garnish: Lemon slice and fresh blackberry

How we make it

  1. Add crushed ice to a lowball glass.

  2. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice and shake until cold.

  3. Strain the drink into the glass with crushed ice. Drizzle the creme de mure over crushed ice. Garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh blackberry.
